Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to alleviate leg, hip, and lower back pressure caused by normal body adjustments during pregnancy, this massage also helps to reduce fatigue by aiding the circulatory and lymphatic systems to bring comfort and relaxation.

Ashiatsu massage is a 3,000 year old Eastern practice which focuses on back pain. Your therapist will use bars attached to the ceiling for balance, while the pressure from their feet will help to open up disc space in your spine. This massage, which is commonly used with essential oils, not only increases range of motion, but also relieves spinal irritation associated with back spasms and pinched nerves. This service is not recommended for pregnant women.
